Healthyish pizza

Whoa! Did you know that you could mix self-rising flour and greek yogurt to get a delicious protein packed pizza crust? Well, you can!! And it’s so easy.

For a smaller 10-12” thin crust:

1 cup of Self Rising Dough

3/4 cup of Plain Greek Yogurt

Combine both into a big bowl and stir, flop, or mix, whichever method you prefer. Once it feels like a ball of playdough sprinkly flour onto the area that you will be spreading the dough, then knead the dough into whatever shape you desire.

Spread some tomato sauce, add some cheese, then back at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

I haven’t tried this yet, but in theory, If you want to add more protein, then you can add a scoop of unflavored protein and an egg.
